Participating Facilities
Hospitals and long term care facilities were encouraged to officially sign up as campaign participants, indicating a commitment to attend campaign webinars, send a multidisciplinary team to the summer 2012 regional workshop, "Teaming up to ICE ," and set at least one measurable goal for reducing in their facilities. The deadline to sign up for the campaign was June 22, 2012. Whether or not a facility is listed below, all facilities are invited to attend campaign webinars and participate in other campaign activities.
