Health Care Provider Registration Instructions

Creating a Health Care Provider Registration

  1. Access the Illinois Cannabis Tracking System website at https://etk.icts.illinois.gov/etk-icts-prod/login.request.do. On the Sign In/Registration page, click Health Care Provider Registration.
  2. On the User Information page, enter your email address, first name, last name, username, date of birth, and health care provider PIN.
  3. Complete the Health Care Provider - Provider Credentials section.
  4. Complete the Health Care Provider - Office Contact Information section.
  5. Read the Confidentiality Agreement, enter your name in the Electronic Signature box, and then select Register.
  6. A confirmation window appears and an email is sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email and click the Click here link. The Sign In/Registration page opens. Enter your username and the password.
